Return Policy for Retail Customers
Satisfaction Guarantee We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, simply follow the steps listed below and return it to us in its original unused condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt and we'll be happy to credit your original credit card. Return Procedures
Simply follow the steps listed below to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
1. "Print" out our RMA Form. Please fill in all necessary fields.
2. "Fax" the completed RMA Form to 888-604-7770. You will receive a Return Authorization number within 24 hours. If you are unable to fax the form to us, you may contact us at sales@teafortwo.com for a return authorization number.
3. "Ship" the completed RMA Form along with the merchandise, all shipping materials and a copy of packing receipt.
4. Please clearly mark your Return Authorization number on the box when shipping it back to Tea For Two to ensure proper and prompt processing.

For your protection, we suggest you send your return via UPS or by US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. We are not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping. We do not accept COD returns.
Please Note: Any items returned to us without a return authorization number cannot be processed.
We cannot honor refunds or exchanges for any merchandise that is sent back to us after 30 days, or has failed to meet the above requirements.
Shipping and Handling is non-refundable and "return shipping" is at the purchaser's expense. "Return shipping" includes returned items and reshipment of the exchange item, if requested.
We will allow one exchange per item. After one exchange, each exchange will incur an additional re-stocking fee of $10. Order add-ons will be charged the standard shipping and handling fees.
Exceptions to this Return Policy Sale and Clearance items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Paper items cannot be returned or exchanged for sanitary and health reasons.
Tea For Two, Inc. reserves the right to determine if a product is in used or non-saleable condition.
Damaged Items, Lost, Undeliverable or Refused Packages If your purchase is damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will send you a return label and have the shipper pick up the package from you. If the package appears damaged upon delivery, do not sign for the package and it will be returned to us. Should an item be found damaged when you open your package, please call Customer Service, toll free at 888-601-9990 or email us at sales@ teafortwo.com for replacement. We will promptly send you an exchange.
If your package does not arrive within the estimated arrival time you must contact us within 10 days from shipping notification. Tea For Two will not be held responsible for notifications or claims after that time.
Undeliverable packages due to your unavailability to accept package or inaccurate information provided by you will incur additional shipping charges for the item to be reshipped to you. We are not responsible for customer typographical errors. If an item cannot be reshipped, a store credit will be issued for the balance, which is good for one year from the date of the original order. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
